nimbus signs Genesys AppFoundry agreement ahead of the launch of its Compliance Engine for Genesys.

Serco Group awards nimbus an additional three-year contract extension, bringing their total partnership to nine years. The extension sees nimbus’ software continue to support over 24,000 Serco staff across diverse sectors.

nimbus is recognised as a market leading workforce compliance solution in response to Australia’s Closing the Loopholes act which introduced a new Right to Disconnect law allowing workers the right to disconnect from work outside of their allocated work hours.

nimbus connect, a Workforce Management solution for Contact Centres, is built and launched with seamless integration to Amazon Connect enabling a compliant, secure and nimble solution for clients moving their end-of-life enterprise technology to the cloud.

nimbus is granted a United States patent for secure connection to a SoftPhone to enable secure and controlled worktime by Workforce Management controls for contact centre agents.

nimbus signs watershed contracts with JB HI-FI/The Good Guys – Australia’s largest home entertainment retailer; a leading NASDAQ financial services company operating in the United States and Mexico; and United Kingdom company Serco Group Plc, who deliver essential services to Government in Defence, Justice, Immigration, Health Care in the UK, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

nimbus launches time2work Workforce Management solution, a cloud-based system that helps businesses optimise their workforce processes and needs, complemented by a self-service mobile application offering for employees.
2015
nimbus founders envisioned developing a pure cloud-based Workforce Management technology solution and mobile application that would meet the challenges faced by employers and their workforces.
2013
A significant global shift to the adoption of cloud-first and SaaS delivery software solutions. Since then, it has revolutionised the software industry and become an integral part of business operations.
2011
Open Wave (Founders’ previous business) is acquired by a leading United States technology company. The transaction included Open Wave’s dynamic and responsive product, the ShiftTrack WFM solution.
2008
Open Wave successfully secures worldwide contracts cementing their footprint in the global market. Contracts included Malaysia Telecom, Vodafone Hutchinson, HCL, Bankers Trust, DHL, Coca-Cola, and the Virgin Group.
2004
Open Wave launches in the United Kingdom (UK) and schedules 40% of UK call centre staff. Major clients included British National Health Service (NHS), BSkyB, Lloyds TSB, Haringey/Merseyside/Hampshire Constabulary, and Windsor/Glasgow/Manchester local Government.
2002
Open Wave is scheduling 80% of Australian call centre staff. Major clients included Coles Myer, Westpac, Suncorp, AGL, News Corp, AMP, Australian Government, Fairfax, Tabcorp Holdings, Origin Energy, Citi Power, Medibank Private, AAMI, NRMA, HBA, Link, Qantas Holidays, iiNet, Foxtel, Virgin Mobile
